As a 31 year-old woman, I was finally starting to see the effects of a slowing metabolism and a new marriage. Great wonderful terrific job Elvira!! My nickname for her is the Evil Russian Woman (just kidding). Her favorite phrases are Fix It (suck in your gut) & No Rest (keep going, don't stop)! I am extremely pleased with my results & highly recommend Elvira to anyone interested in a life change, not just weight loss. She has helped me with my horrible eating habits & made me understand how & why to eat the way I do today. Her exercises are killers but they work! Even my hair sweats! I would highly recommend Elvira she produces results!

I am a 65+ y.o male who was finally convinced by my doctor that committing to an excercise program and a diet was necessary for me to enjoy my life more and longer. Needless to say, having NEVER participated in any organized exercise made this a very difficult step for me to take.
Three weeks ago, I found Elvira-was convinced she could help me- and so I started with her. In only the past three weeks, I have already lost almost 20 ibs. and dropped over 4 inches from my BELLY! I never ever thought I would say this but I have even gotten to where I actually look forward to my sessions with her. She makes the sessions interesting by changing my program regularly, she is showing me how I can meet my training objectives without relying on using heavy weights etc. and her sense for knowing how to get the most out of each 1 hour session for me is amazing. She has even created a nutritional plan that I don't mind following!!
I still have a lot to accomplish with my health goals so I definetly plan on continuing my work with Elvira. I would strongly recommend her for anyone who dreams about improving their health and fitness condition but is afraid of the thought of committing to regular excercise. I am living-walking proof that it is never too late to start and is not as difficult to succeed as you might imagine*** IF YOU FIND THE RIGHT TRAINER. Thankfully, I found Elvira!!

Elvira is truly a professional in every sense and she practices what she preaches! It quickly became clear she has a genuine interest in your progression. She is very thorough in monitoring your diet, ensuring proper technique and keeping you on track. I began to see changes within the first two weeks, including eliminating insomnia and reducing stress....not to mention two inches off my waist. In recent years, my physical condition has become increasingly unfit and, with my sedentary job and lifestyle, it appeared that it would continue to deteriorate. I decided last month that I did not want my physical condition to dictate the way I conducted my life in the future. Consequently, I started looking for a personal trainer to help me improve my physical state. I am absolutely delighted that I found Elvira Geiger. She carefully crafted an exercise and nutrition program tailored to help me improve while mindful of the hazards of my osteoporosis. Elvira, a very pleasant person, works hard with me. She is very involved in my program--demonstrating, counting, correcting and motivating throughout. But she doesn't stop there as she shows genuine commitment to my success. She demonstrates this by often emailing me after 10:00 at night with additional tips, as needed. I am not far through my program but I have seen significant improvement and know that Elvira will help me achieve my goals.

AWESOME !! all the way around /from talking with Elle, to her program, her dedication to you and your goals. She teaches me how to eat and be healthy even when Im not at the gym with her .. I feel comfortable with Elle, she doesnt let me slack off, she encourages me, she is just as or even more excited to see the changes I am making.. I went from hardly any exercise to working out three to four times a week and in 2 3/4 months feel like a different person! Being 66, it was a hard go to start...that's putting it mildly! After the first two weeks my body got over the initial shock of working out and it became doable. I've lost about 25+ pounds and have so much more energy to put into living. I had gained so much weight in the last 10 years, I hated it and this was my New Year's resolution....and, truthfully, one that has worked. You get used to seeing yourself and I didn't feel there was a very noticeable difference but today I saw a friend I hadn't seen since last November and he said, boy, did you lose weight. What have you done? So, I guess there must be a difference. When you reach 65+ it is critical to start doing something to improve your health and well being. If you don't, you will be sitting, but it will be in a doctor's office. Elvira gives you a constantly changing program that works for your body and your age. Of course, I don't expect to be able to do what a 25 year old can do but I'm doing more than I thought a 66 year old could possibly do...and each week the ability to do more increases. So it's a win-win situation: you feel so much better and you look better.

A. Many trainers have only a certification and possibly not a lot of years of experience. I have been a personal fitness trainer for 18 years and I still have a lot to learn and continue my education. I am learning all the time! A. "When will I see results and how often then should I workout?"
- This depends upon your level of commitment and how quickly you want to see results. If you are ready to work out 3-4 times a week and commit to a nutritional diet you will see weight loss right away (within the first 2 weeks). If you only have time to workout twice a week the results will come along slower.
Gradual weight loss will occur within the month and muscle tone appearing in 8-10 weeks. The best indicator of your progress is...how those jeans fit!?
