I walked into physiques a train wreck. With a injured shoulder and over training and I was still over weight. With no answers to proper dieting or really to achieve my own personal goals. Getting the proper diet was a big key for me which helped in achieving my goals . Physiques did just that a healthy diet plan ready to go for me . I've heard of all kinds of many confusing ways to eat as a bodybuilder in gyms or just other bad diets. I tried them all.But only lead me no where but more ran down . Then I found this gym . I love this gym , and can't say enough good things about it. Finally the proper diet and training at last. And now, I will have them long awaited abs I have tried for 13 yrs years trying to get on my own that I couldn't get. And my shoulder has been rehabbed back as Craig took an worked through rebuilding around my shoulder adding in more muscle mass so that I could continue to train with weights to accomplish more weight loss.and obtaining my goals with a meal plan that finally worked!. With this exceptional training experience at physiques I now am very happy with the way I look and feel .It's been a great experience being able to train with the best trainer with accurate knowledge for each individual to achieving there own weight loss goals.
