- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our clients are in a weight loss training program. We do also offer strength training, rehabilitation training, and basic fitness programs as well. However, our low-carb diet combined with our high intensity training has proven to be a success in terms of weight loss and muscle gain. We like to provide our clients with muscle growth and definition while shedding those pounds of unwanted fat.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would like to advise all prospective clients to take the time to call us and schedule a free consultation. When looking for a workout facility and the right trainer for you, it is very important to meet your providers face-to-face and take a look at the studio yourself. Get a feel for the attitude of the other clients and of the employees in order to decide if we are a good fit for you.
