I woke up with a stiff back and Laya met with me and we had a fantastic session! After a week of training, my back is much more limber!! I will be booking another session package! You found yourself a regular Laya!!

I started training with Laya during COVID to help with my low back pain and keep me active since the gyms were closed and I can say I’m so happy I made the decision to contact her. I came to her with my injuries/concerns and she made it so seamless to start and stay consistent! I lost 30 lbs and I am completing my first mudgirl run in 2024 at 50 years old! Don’t hesistate to contact her!

Working out with corrective gains has given me a new perspective on my fitness journey. She has helped me hold myself to a higher standard. My confidence is up, my intensity is up and she challenges me to pursue my potential. Can’t wait to see how I look a year from now.
