- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet with them and go over a health history and goals. I assess where they are at and where they want to get to and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE certified personal trainer and have been for several years. I am also a certified spin instructor as well as a health coach. I instruct at a boot camp in the early mornings and have trained several clients for many years. I have also coached all ages of kids since I was in high school.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provided in-home personal training sessions for my clients. I train individuals and small groups!
