Personal trainers run the gamut of very good to clueless. However, very few possess the unique dual experience in clinical medicine and exercise/fitness that I do. If you have health problems, and want to improve your health with exercise, you should seriously consider the educational background, the experience, and, the certifications that a personal trainer holds.
