- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HITZ Fitness offers one-one-one personal training, small group training (2-4 participants) and large group training (8-12) participants, each with different price points to accommodate virtually any schedule and budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a lawyer, but had no passion for my work. I've always loved fitness, and as a former teacher, found training to be a great way to combine these two elements. I have been a full time fitness professional since 2006 and take pride in the fact that every morning, I wake up to job that I love doing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
1) Foundations of Exercise: teaching clients how to PROPERLY perform a variety of exercises, improving neuromuscular connectivity and limiting likelihood injury while promoting understanding and knowledge about foundational health and fitness concepts 2) Aesthetic Overhaul: fat-loss, muscle gain, postural improvement 3) Functional Improvement: improve quality of life; increase mobility, flexibility, foundational strength, balance, proprioception 4) Athletic Performance: specific programming and guidance contoured to the athlete's goals
