We do at least 2 hours a day of research to keep up with health and wellness trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We all grew up playing sports, we are all passionate of how the body moves and helping people achieve their goals. Personal training has helped all of us fulfill this need.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal train in our gym and teach kinesis classes. The majority of our clients are weight loss clients, we also have a lot of clients who are looking to build healthy bones through strength training, and build muscle for healthy lean bodies.
