Introduction: I guide women to lose weight using methods I've learned from my over 10 years as a personal trainer along with all my exercise science, exercise, and wellness education I received during my pursuit of my bachelor's and master's degrees. I've also had a lot of success in personal training. I have appeared in two segments on Sonoran Living as a trainer for two clients in a weight-loss contest.
