Introduction: I provide personal training and nutritional guidance to clients. I am a certified personal trainer. I, myself, have been obese. I have lost over 200 lbs. My style of training is to make sure I keep it interesting and fun. I don't use typical equipment. I utilize out-of-the-box thinking to utilize the most muscle when training, to achieve maximum results. I am also knowledgeable in increasing mass for clients.
