- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Looking around at society... bothered me. Spite it i was athletic most of my life, im watching illnesses and improper eatting habits destroy people. I know alot of people can be kept out of hospitals and worse if they get the right motivation. Depressions, anxietys, are riseing due to financial situations, let fight back with fitness! People want to,but dont know how to workout or simply need help, that's what im all about. Helping.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Assessments, evaluations. Finding out the person. If needed im counting calories. And educateing clients on calories. Before jumping into a workout we learn the proper movement building good habits. My favorit job of all, positive motivation. Congradulateing them, makeing clients feel like a million bucks!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be straight forward with what you are looking for. When picking a trainer look for communication qualities, howwill he/she treat a client? You can have all of the experience or education to be a star, but if you're rude or disrespectfull thats bad business. Pick someone you enjoy working with. A great positive motivator, for example do you hear" good job!" Or "thats ok, you're doing good" you should get through a program feeling like you did good, you tried your hardest, not a loseror a failure.
