Assistant Teacher

Introduction: I am an assistant teacher in a Montessori classroom with grades 1st-3rd from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 3PM. My weekends are free. I babysit once or twice a month for a friends twin babies and I absolute love it, they're such a joy to be around! I have worked with women and children that were in domestic violent situations and as difficult as it was to hear their stories, it was an honor to be part of the positive changes I was able to help contribute my time to. I am very reliable, hard working, independent, and self-sufficient. When I put my mind to something, I always give it my all and go the whole way without hesitation. I have had all kinds of pets all my life such as dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, and even bugs! I like to think of them as the children that I have babysat for in the past, as well as the ones I currently babysit for now. A pet needs a lot of nurturing, love, and attention to know that it's being cared for and is in a safe environment when they're with me, just like a child would want and expect from its caregiver.
