Been training with for about six months. First time using a trainer that knows what they are doing and has the ability to push you to accomplish things you never thought possible. At 40 years old I look and feel better than I did in my 20’s. Chris is extremely professional, reliable and a master at what he does! Highly recommend for anyone looking to achieve any level of fitness goals!
