Photo.a bad 5-letter word to me. Our corporate office had a bright idea they wanted a headshot of the employees. Not sure if it is for website or post office wall. This caused a great deal of anxiety amongst 2 females (my boss & myself) here at our work site. To be perfectly honest I do not do photos; but we had to comply with corporate office. So, I went and researched online for photographers. I went and found this website who provided me with quite a few photographers. I chose Tina Dickson because the more I talked to her the more comfortable I felt. She listens, empathizes Photo Phobia (PP) (that is a disease right?), and puts your mind and heart at ease. She showed up at our work place and took the photos. She is extremely professional, very fussy and pays attention to every detail down to the sparkle in your eyes. When all is said and done and I viewed and actually thought to myself as I saw 2 great photos hmmmm I knew I looked like that. That may not seem like a compliment, but it is a greater compliment than one can imagine because I like no photos of me. Tina thank you for the experience of doing all the right things to capture the real me. I highly recommend anyone who has PP to hire Tina Dickson as your real you photography person; your fears will dissipate. Thank you Cat

I'm very thankful to have found Tina for our board retreat head shots. She was punctual and very easy to get a hold of prior to the event with questions or requests. She even took time out of her day to scout the location before hand, since I was travelling from out of state and the resort was unfamiliar. The session took about an hour, she was very knowledgeable regarding her equipment the lighting etc. to ensure we received the best possible photographs. The board seemed to have fun, even though everyone hates having their picture taken. :-) I would highly recommend her services, she was efficient, knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Tina did a wonderful job. We had 11 people including my 6 grandchildren. She was patient with the number of photo shots that we wanted. We even had to wait for the golfers to move out of the view behind us. I can't wait to see the photos.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Arizona Professional Photographers Association as well as the Professional Photographers Association (the national organization equivalent). I frequently take high level classes to further my understanding and abilities within photography.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a photographer since High School. It has always been a passion of mine. I started shooting film back in the day and have transitioned to Digital as changes came to pass. It has always been rewarding to me to see how pleased my customers are to have captured a special moment in their lives, or to help them put a best foot forward for business, or personal purposes!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with people and businesses to help them put their best foot forward! Whether it is engagement, family, newborn, wedding photos or just photos for business or internet site use (Facebook, Linked In, Match), you will find I can help you enhance your presence through photography.
