Above & Beyond Physical Therapy
Introduction: Above & Beyond Physical Therapy was founded in January of 2000 in Flagstaff, Arizona.
In January of 2002, the business relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. Above & Beyond was created based on a dream that through facilitation of integrative services, the Above & Beyond team would work to achieve the best quality of care by using a holistic approach to promote use of mind, body and spirit to achieve maximal gain through the therapeutic process.
The mission was to enhance the lives of their patients. The goal was to go above and beyond all other therapy clinics and to make a difference in not only the lives of the patients they treat, but also the families of those patients. For this reason, the name of the company was changed to Above & Beyond Physical Therapy, reflecting the philosophy of the founding partners.

Check your billing statements they charge for services they dont do and you end up doing your own therapy and doing your ultrasounds on yourself. He is a cheat in business and in his life.
