Wonderful company to work with, the owner is very pleasing and makes sure you are completely satisfied. We have installed new Range Hood, Granite countertop, Bathroom shower walls and countertops, Recessed Ceiling can lights, etc. My wife and I are very happy with all the Jobs Jack has done. Now our house looks new and attractive and we love it so much. Jack not only finished the job exactly as what we want, he is also considerate. He tried his best to make only one small hole on the wall when installing all the recessed lights. He is even kind to offer us free trims because he has some left in stock. The thing I like most is how Jack is trying to help us, instead of just finishing the project. He gave us very good suggestions. He helped us find good granite subcontractor, who provided a much better price than home depot, who had so many hidden fees. He also helped us choose the bi-level edge for the countertop, the under-mount sink, which looks so beautify and contemporary, and we like them so much. I decide to install the water filter by myself to save some money, and Jack is so kind. He helped me purchased the right adaptor for tubing, and gave me the instructions how to install it, even without I ask for it. The filter has been installed and it works very well. Thank you, Jack. There are a lot of small things which you can tell how nice Jack is. He helped us put and take back the garbage bin each time when we are not there. He also kindly lend me his scraper for my own flooring project(I am replacing my carpet with laminate floor by myself). By the way, Jack, your scraper is still in my house. Dont forget to take it whenever you drive by my house. In conclusion, we are very happy with Jack and his jobs, and we will highly recommend Jack for your future home improvement projects. Master Craft Builders was a pleasure to work with. They communicated what was going on at each stage of the process and would explain the next steps. Each tradesman was very professional and respectful of my property and family. I was very pleased with the process and the quality of construction and completed product. They completed the actual bathroom addition in about the same amount of time it took to get HOA approval. I would highly recommend Master Craft Builders for your next project.
