Master Craft Builders was a pleasure to work with. They communicated what was going on at each stage of the process and would explain the next steps. Each tradesman was very professional and respectful of my property and family. I was very pleased with the process and the quality of construction and completed product. They completed the actual bathroom addition in about the same amount of time it took to get HOA approval. I would highly recommend Master Craft Builders for your next project.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Help with Permits, picking out colors and fixtures, Helping them save Money doing their project, And having it get done as soon as possible.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Just finished a 100sq ft Bath Room addition it took us 45 days from start to finish, Built a two car garage with a guest house on top in Sedona, Built a 1800sq ft Home for a Doctor from Canada in Sedona.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check them out with the Registrar of Contractors and Make sure they have a License.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Check out their Past Customers. Ask to see if they show up when they say they will. And finish in a timely manner,
How they handle clean up and how often they will haul off the construction debris.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Payment, Only pay at least 10% on singing a contract,
and then only pay in progress.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. To make sure they have enough Money to finish the Job,
and to think out the colors, and final finish they want in their Home. It is a good idea for them to go to the lumber store like Home Depot and pick out tile, carpet, paint, roofing, wood flooring, electrical fixtures, Fans, Lights, Doors bath room fixtures, Paint colors, textures, low sheen, gloss, egg shell, wall boards, curtains, or shutters, wall paper, counter tops, sinks, plumbing fixtures. It dosent mean that the contractor will buy from their but at least the home owner can show what they have in mind

A. I like to build to make the addition look like it belongs on the home not some add on with no thought.
