Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We screenprint a large number of t-shirts, but many customers use us as a one-stop print-shop, getting vehicle graphics and business cards done all at once to keep them consistent across the board.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. In the printing industry, a consumer should ask about the quality of the product they are receiving, and how that is reflected in the price. You don't want to overpay for a poor quality product.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our staff is knowledgeable and dependable. Our customer service is 5-star and we know our customers will leave happy. Our equipment is the best in the valley.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. We just finished wrapping a 40 foot box truck for a client. It was around $5000 and took a little over two weeks from when the design department starting brainstorming until the installers laid the last panel.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. You have to be dependable, honest, and have a great work ethic. Printing is a very competitive and sometimes very challenging business, and having the cheapest price will not always retain your customer base.
