    Poor working relationship with tenants and failure to follow through on lease terms. Withheld money against lease terms and was unreachable. Though improvements were made while we were there, it always took months, as the property manager was not comfortable asking the owners. In the end, these maintenance issues will end up costing the owners more. I would never rent from them again.

    Though as a company we would like all of our reviews to be positive - sometimes there is a discrepancy between the ultimate desires of tenants and the wishes of our client. That said, our ultimate duty is to our client and as such we provide services and maintenance to their properties only upon their approval.
