- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When our owners have 3 or more homes, they receive $10 off per month per home off of their management fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are several steps to start managing your home. We always would prefer to meet and view the home 1st. Second, we go over the paperwork and answer any questions you may have. The last step would be for us to start the management of your home and would require us to either market the home for tenancy or issue the current tenants an update on who the new management company will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. William is an Associate Broker and has been a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers for over 8 years. We have based our business practices on the NARPM industry.
