Management needs
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Every Client is Our Only Client. We personalize property management to each clients needs. No two clients, no two properties are the same. Low number of properties per manager for more personal attention. What do I like best? Every day is different. I get to work with some great clients and colleagues. If I didn't enjoy property management I would have changed careers long before the 35 years I have been managing.

Jo has been an excellent property manager for three properties over the last two and a half years. She leases them quickly, manages all maintenance as I would myself (immediately), and is incredibly well versed in real estate law. There is no one I would recommend more highly.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

To maintain my State of Arizona Real Estate license I take 24 hours of renewal classes every two years. There are additional classes as I am a Broker. We also attend noncredit classes given by title firms, mortgage companies and attorneys to stay current on any changes in markets, law and needs of our clients.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Real Estate Management Network provides full service property management. We find a qualified tenant, collect the rent, pay any invoices, properly report and pay rental sales tax to the city. Owners funds are sent on the 10th of each month and full accounting statements go out at the end of every month. We handle maintenance calls from the tenants and deal with all tenant issues. Most importantly, we communicate with our clients. We have never forgotten that property management is a service business.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If I am sitting at my desk all day I'm not doing my job. Inspecting properties, making sure vendors are doing a good job, meeting with tenants, requires me to be out of the office and in the field. I will return all calls before the end of each day. Customer service comes first.
