- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all our of agents are licensed real estate agents in the state of Arizona. Each agent is required to take continued education classes to maintain their license. We are also members of the National Association of Property Managers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started buying single family rents in 2003. We tried 4 different property managers, who each failed to meet our expectations. We started our own management company that truly treats each property as if it were our own.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Tenant screening, tenant placement, rent collection, HOA management, property repairs, rent ready turns, group property insurance, and sales tax administration just to name a few.
