Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Customers are generally confused why their tile roof would be leaking when the builder told them it had a 20-year or possibly lifetime warranty.
The answer is: it's not the tile itself that's leaking; it's the underlayment - the stuff underneath. And unfortunately, that doesn't come with the lifetime warranty. But builders never tell you that part.
