Three Purple Pigs
Introduction: In addition to owning Three Purple Pigs, I am a certified K-8 public education teacher with a junior high/middle school education degree. I use my teaching experience during instruction by developing organized, creative, engaging, hands-on lesson plans for each private session. I have been sewing as a hobby since I was young, and expanded my hobby into a business when Three Purple Pigs was formed in June 2007.
I get to work with kids (which was my professional passion for 8 years) and do a creative hobby that I love!

My daughter has been taking sewing lessons from Three Purple Pigs for the last year. She loves it! She started when she was only 8 years old and Jessica taught her how to read a pattern, use her sewing machine and use a pattern to make projects including her own pajamas! She now can work on parts of projects on her own and has moved onto more advanced projects. She absolutely loves it and I know she will use these skills forever. We highly recommend Three Purple Pigs!

I just had my first lesson with Jessica - she was really fun to work with - She is a great instructor :) I look forward to the rest of my lessons!!
