- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to provide the prospective customer with an estimate. We offer both virtual and in-person estimates. The second phase of the transaction is scheduling a preferred time of arrival for our technician(s). The third step is to provide the services outlined in the invoice, based on the original estimate provided. The last step is payment, we accept all major credit cards, checks, venmo, and zelle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's important that you find a company that is IICRC certified for tile/grout cleaning and restoration before you decide to work with them. The IICRC provides an SMT certification for companies and its employees. The Stone, Masonry, and Tile Care Technician (SMT) certification provides in depth instruction regarding the maintenance, cleaning, and restoration of various man made tiles, natural stones, and grout surfaces. Phoenix Tile And Grout Cleaning is IICRC certified (SMT).
