Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Really try defining what you are hoping for in the finished project. Be realistic on the time it will take to complete your project. Also realize that, in most cases, you get what you pay for (it's hard to get a steak and lobster dinner for the price of a slice of pizza!). Quality matters. When a potential client looks at the video, or still, or hears the recording you present to them, the quality of the content and the production value directly reflect on what you think about your own product (think about Super Bowl ads compared to an average local ad).
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How much time and resources it really takes to make a quality product. Technology has advanced quite a bit in this profession. Explore how the new tech can help enhance your project and reduce your bottom line.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What kind of work have you done in the past? Can I see some of your work? What kind of return on investment can I expect when using your company to produced my project? What kind of experience do you have in producing my desired project?
