FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always keeping up with different technology and best-practices for website development and online marketing. For websites, it's not only to more easily create great-looking and effective websites. It's also about how easy it is to maintain. For example, I just found a great platform on top of WordPress that's focused on getting leads and also sales.. To build great looking sites, while working to convert more visitors to take action.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like creating things. Started out as a techie, and then went into software development. Then that became website development. In 2002 I jumped head first into online marketing. Selling for other companies (such as Amazon.com) and making commissions. It was fun. And surprisingly I enjoyed the online marketing aspects. It's like taking technology and applying it to business. That's how I got into both the website development side and the online marketing side. And why I try to help with websites from both perspectives.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Website creation and "makeovers" (of existing site). Lead-generation pages and websites. Online store setup (including populating it with items). Facebook marketing (especially via ads to well-targeted audiences). Google AdWords, Bing, and Facebook pay-per-click marketing.
