Introduction
As the founder of Unity Wellness Studio, I created this space to allow each and every person who enters a safe nurturing environment to let go, heal, grow and find balance.
At Unity Wellness Studio, we believe that wellness begins from the inside and flows outward. We will be healing the mind, body and soul. That's just how we roll.
I have been dealing with the human body in motion since 7th grade. I was a trainer of our high school athletics department and have been building my toolbox/career ever since.
We offer a wide variety of bodywork, personal training, wellness coaching, yoga therapy and fitness classes for fun family fitness events and retreats.
