Stress in the body can lead to inflammation and myofascial adhesions due to tissue trauma and constant stress can lead to more stress , altered neuromuscular control and movement imbalances in the body. Stress can not only cause myofascial adhesions leading to lack of blood flow tightness stiffness and pain, but also altered joint kinematics and altered movement patterns leading to synergistic dominance and muscular imbalance and injuries. This leads to more stress and the cumulative injury cycle gains momentum. Don't go there. Address your stress! Our stress and weight management program will walk you through it step by step giving you choices and educating you along the way! The body is an amazing machine! Feed it often and take care of it. Take care of YOU! Sessions are one hour and my clients tell me they have so much fun they have no idea where the time went but they feel great! Its very good for stress weight management and anything you wish to change!!
