I appreciate Katie's class a lot. She is very open and welcoming to new yogis and beginners. She pushes you to go a little further but in a way that you don't feel intimidated. I can completely relax and not feel any insecurities while learning new poses. It's also a class that I feel comfortable in. Everything is based off your comfort level. I am really loving the way I am feeling after classes. My mind feels clear and open which is awesome considering how it can let everyday routine become draining and cause mini stress outbreaks. I really like the class and how my mind has opened up.

Katie is a fantastic instructor. She creates a practice that is right for all individuals and is always encouraging and supportive of whatever place her students are at. She takes time to assist with each movement and breath reminding everyone that the most important principle of yoga is mindfullness. She really knows her stuff and makes the experience fun and uplifting!

    I recommend having an intention for your Yoga practice. Your intention can be physically-driven, mentally inspired, or just out of curiosity!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Yoga is for everyone. There is no being "good" or "bad" at Yoga. Yoga should be individualized, where your practice is uniquely designed for you, your body, and your intention.
