Jen is a gifted teacher who brings the right blend of spirituality and joy to Yoga practice. She assists and encourages our growth in the practice. The classes are tailored to class needs and she offers a wide variety of classes - some for children, some more challenging, some restorative - just what we need at just the right time!
The energy at the studio is perfect - I especially like the candlelight Yoga at the end of a busy week!
You should join us sometime - it's an awesome experience.

Being Jeniffer's yoga student has truly been life changing. She has taught me that I am stronger than I know and that I should trust my inner strength. She reminds me to leave my negative energy on my mat and to draw in the positive engery. When I leave yoga I feel relaxed, centered and strong. You have to try JennyBean's Yoga!
