Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Yoga for core strength, back health and stress reduction. Coaching and hypnotherapy around specific goals or changes desired.
Thai massage known also as " lazy mans yoga" ;). A clothed massage that includes compression and assisted stretching.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Find a decision based on your intuition. I am very passionate about facilitating others to find their highest potential,....Body , Mind and Heart...
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. That they were an integrity based business. Authentic and real (transparent) with their clients.

A. How long have you been in a service position, meaning experience.

A. What exactly they are looking for, And what lengths are they willing to go to. Have seen my website and have felt a connection.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. The fact that I am also a trained life coach. As with anything we uncover and discover, other things show up. I am here to hold space for that process in every way needed.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. That a higher Spirit is my Employer, and I get to be my authentic self when I serve others. Therefore enabling me to help/ others to the highest potential.

A. I have physical issues, can you still work with me? EVERYBODY can be "worked with." Everything can be modified.

A. That most people are in this profession because we truly care.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Personal experience and personal success. And I believe that prevention is the best healthcare. Also, looking at taking care of the body as a whole- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes, and Yes. Since my decision to do yoga with horse riders and lovers. I may further my education to include and equine range.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. I think one of the most exciting things is the relevance and Need for breath, yoga, massage And meditation in corporate America.

A. Always know you have an opportunity to grow and learn. That you never arrive, and that there is no box to fit yourself to.

A. My authenticity and honestly. My faith.

A. Implementing coaching for Mature adults to assist with technological issues.
