RockyPoint Tourism and Visitors Assistance

The Rocky Point Tourism & Visitor Assistance office (TVA) provides a welcoming place for visitors to acquire information about our community and surrounding area. The TVA is supported by member businesses and will focus efforts on promoting those same businesses. The TVA provides free, bilingual 24-hour assistance to all visitors. If you are bilingual and wish to volunteer to be on call for a week, please contact Gina Jeffery. The TVA will search out, encourage and support all publicity and events that provide positive promotion for Puerto Penasco in general and especially our members. The TVA operates a referral and consumer complaint system, assuring consumers that service providers are professional and community-minded and that they will be charged a fair amount for work done. Thanks to the cooperation of Municipal and Law Enforcement officials, the TVA will also process complaints of police misconduct.
