Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. You should never go with lowest priced shop, once you do that you set yourself up for future problems. Always explain what it is your looking for in great detail, so both you and the installer can best determine what will work best for and in your vehicle.
Installers are artist if your in a rush you'll always end up with a failed result, give them the time and space to be creative and allow them to do the job they are able to for you. This will lead to a GREAT Installation every time!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Wiring, how much information is needed to do the work in a professional manner, all the what if's??? How to calculate for airspace for a proper subwoofer enclosure.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What types of vehicles have you worked on, have you performed this type of install before, is there anything that could cause me problems later on, due to this being install in my vehicle as far as my warranty? How long have you been an installer, do you warranty you work and if so how long is that coverage for? If i'm ever in an accident how much will you charge to transfer my system into another vehicle?
