  We have used UMGS many times for electrical, wood working, installation of way-up-high ceiling fans, plumbing of new sinks and kitchen plumbing, cement work, installing exhaust fans in our restaurant, hanging rods and curtains, and all sorts of odd jobs that we do not have time for or do not want to do or do not know how to do. John is fast, does the job right the first time, cleans up after himself, and is honest and trustworthy. His prices are fair and he shows up when he says he will. I have used him at my home also and the quality of work is excellent. I will call UMGS anytime I need any job big or little done right.

  I have used My Guy Service a few times now. They are prompt, efficient and very courteous. While I could do some of these things myself, I perfer to use my time doing what I do best.
  
  Their rates are very resonable and I have them work on my house and my rental unit. I've used them for several months now on instaling itmes or repairs.

  I would highly recommend John. He is really easy to work with and professional. I had a number of items that needed to be fixed and installed and within 4 hours everything was done, no mess was left behind and he was efficient with his time. He worked with his son, his demeanor is really friendly. I would recommend John to any of my friends.
