Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Knowing what you want helps alot, although i can make many cost effective suggestions that im sure you will be pleased with the end results, also prior to calling make sure that you atleast know the year, make, and model of your vehicle if calling about automotive work
calling around and getting an idea of what other shops will charge for their services is never a bad idea.... But no one out does me on the prices!!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There are many small details that make a difference in the final product that the customer will see, the outside appearance may be beautiful but the guts are what really counts, everything from what class amplifiers your using to the very gauge of wire, and even the placement and mounting technique for parts can make a difference, and the most unknown fact is that most expensive rarely means best quality

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. The work done right the first time makes a world of difference, i have been working with car audio for so long that i can diagnose most problems over the phone or just by listening to your set up for a few minutes, most problems that seem catastrophic are usually just a matter of bad connections or incorrect wiring

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. It would be so nice if people would bring me their projects before trying it themselves, it may seem very easy to do but when the smallest detail is overlooked nothing works right, and then i have to go back and figure out what they did wrong which can be time consuming and expensive if a component has been damaged due to improper installation

Q. What are your most common types of jobs?

A. The most common job i get is replacing head units, the most common part to go bad because its what gets used and abused on a daily basis
