Introduction: I am a highly skilled chef with a passion for parties and events. My career began when I was 18 working in a traditional Italian delicatessen where I learned the skills from traditional Southern Italians. From there, I honed my skills at Scottsdale Culinary Institute, and now I have been the head chef for major corporations and restaurants around the Valley.
