I contacted We Fix It Friday morning and they were able to have someone out that afternoon. Daniel was my contact. He was professional, any time I reached out him, he responded in a timely manner. He was patient and thorough to any questions asked. Unfortunately need to replace unit. Daniel suggested a few options, shared their positive and negative features to help me decide which to go with. He was able to take care of financing and setting up date for install on the following Tuesday. The install went well. The two techs were super polite and were quick to answer any questions. If your in need of HVAC help. This is the place to check out. I'm sure you will be happy as well.

Ralph and Jeremy are outstanding at what they do, and just as importantly they are honest. It looked like I would have to replace my air conditioning unit (expensive!), but they figured out a way to fix what I had rather than making me buy a new system from them. I was very lucky to find their business--not everyone is as trustworthy or as knowledgeable as they are.
