- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are privilege enough to only accept 3 weddings each month and depending on the session or availability, we always try our best to be affordable and in our clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with clients on budget and needs then once a booking is confirmed we continue to communicate through, email, text or call to learn more about our clients to better prepare for the wedding event as well as provide a questionnaire with many questions to build a proper schedule and understanding for priority things to capture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Assisting Photographer & Videographer for a community church for 4 years as well as running my own business since 2021 as a full time wedding videographer.
