A. Defango shines ahead of the competition because he is here to help people at and affordable price. Defango will always bring himself to you in order to make your repairs/services as painless as possible no matter if we are repairing you laptop, desktop or server. We also give you direct contact with the person fixing your computer so you always know who is going to be working on your system so a more personal experience is had. This way you don't have to go over everything over and over again, your rep will always come to take of you 24/7 and he's just a phone call away. best part there is no charge for that, its included with any services.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love being able to use my skills to assist folks with there systems. I get a rush out of helping people out and doing for much cheaper than the competitors.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Customer's always ask me why I only charge a flat fee, I tell them it is because more computer problems can be fixed in less than an hour depending what it is, so there is no reason to charge big money for small services. Defango is here to help people save money, not burn it
