Owner is completely unprofessional. Was going to have one of my dogs participate in board and train, but decided it was better for both of my dogs to be boarded together. When trainer brought my dog to facility Layne got upset and blamed me because I did not inform them I was boarding my dog elsewhere. After being treated rudely I asked to be reimbursed for the training I did not receive. She said there were no reimbursements and this was stated on my receipt and in their policies. It does not state this on my receipt and I was never shown their policies.
