Service attempts are made from 9 a.m.to 9 p.m., Monday thru Fridays, excluding holidays.

A. Determine how long the server has been in business. Check out their references. Ensure that in Arizona, they are ACPS certified (passing the highest test). Are they a member of the Arizona Process Server's Association? Do they work for a flat fee or are there hidden costs? Do they file a certificate for you? Do they know how to handle difficult serves? Can they locate the party for you if skiptracing is needed?
