ClearPro did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Very professional and friendly. I had my garage door worked on the day after I had my carpets cleaned, and the workman tracked in heavy black grease onto my newly cleaned carpets! I called ClearPro and they sent Robert right out. It was amazing that he got that heavy black grease out, he was a miracle worker.

The carpet cleaner really worked and the carpet looked better when he was through. Window cleaning was what we expected. Only problem was credit card was over charged despite totals on paperwork being correct. Then we were told a check was in the mail only to be called after 3 days and then we were told he $93 would be credited back to our charge card.

We have reviewed our procedures with our credit card processing to ensure this error does not happen in the future. We had hoped by issuing the credit back to your credit card rather than mailing a check would prevent you from incurring additional interest to your account.
