Introduction: I’m a certified hypnotherapist and registered yoga instructor and owner of Homlistic Healing. I focus on allowing people to reclaim their joy on and off their mat even if they don’t know where to begin. I help people discover a yoga practice that meets their body and transforms the phrase, “I’m not flexible enough for yoga”, to, “Yoga is enough for me.” As a hypnotherapist I help people shift through change, sit with their inner child, release grips of addictions habits and fears, and help discover the best life you’ve lived by doing the work that cracks open your joy.

Ive done hypnotherapy and yoga with Taylor in various settings; her offerings are so calming, welcoming, empowering and refined like a warm hug. If youre looking for space to truly slow down and connect with yourself, I cannot recommend Taylor more!

Taylor is so wonderful! Ive done both her yoga sessions along with her therapy and Im very please to say this person has done wonders for my mental and physical health. If you want a different take on therapy, would highly recommend giving hypnotherapy a try. Waking up afterwards always feels like weight has been lifted off my shoulders. She always conforms to what your body is capable of when she teaches yoga so she will never push you past what your body is capable of handling. Highly suggested, thank you Taylor !!!! :)

Taylor does an incredible job! My partner and I have different skill levels when it come to yoga, but she designed the perfect yoga flow to suit us both. She is so kind and professional, and we left the session feeling relaxed and refreshed.

My fianc and I went to Taylor's class and had one of the best yoga experiences together. Taylor is very professional, hands on and extremely calming in her practice (I definitely fell asleep a little in savasana). Her studio is also super cozy and welcoming! She went above in beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend her classes to anyone at any level in their yoga practice.
