Show Me Inspections performed an inspection on a bank owned house we were trying to buy, im glad we had Jeff do a home inspection, the items that were discover during the inspection made us think twice, we ended up passing on this house & keep looking, Jeff who is the owner of Show Me Home Inspections, will be doing out next home inspection, as soon as we can find the ideal home, it was a great experience & he was very thorough in what he inspects, would recommend to my friends and relatives.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I have years of home building experience, you cant inspect a home with 80 hours of classroom training, it takes years of building experience to be able to evaluate the mechanical & integrity of a homes structure, home inspection fees should be measured by the experience of the inspector.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like to share my experience & be a part of one of the biggest purchase in a persons life, love meeting new home owners & performing a new buyer walk through of their property after the inspection is completed.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you think i should buy it? i always give them the good & bad news concerning a property, the decision is something a buyer & Realtor will be able to make after i have finalized my summary inspection report, there will be no unanswered questions.
