Introduction: I'm a native of Arizona and have always maintained pools growing up. I Served in the US Navy and ran the Base Pool in Australia. After retiring from my Law Enforcement career, I decided to go back to what I enjoy(being around water and cleaning pools). I provide Hassle-free pool maintenance at a fair price. We can build a plan that is affordable to you. I service Peoria, Sun City, Glendale, and Surprise areas. As a small owner/operator, I prefer to maintain a smaller client list, so I can be more responsive to my client's needs and not have to rush a job because I have fifty pools to clean. I spend an average of twenty minutes at each location and always show up when I say I will. You can trust me to provide top-notch service and ensure your pool is always ready for a refreshing swim. The best part? I don't require any contracts, so you can stop or pause the service anytime you want.

I first heard about Nautilus from a door hanger they placed in my neighborhood, I called for a quote on a standard cleaning and chemical service plan. The technician on the phone was very professional, The price given for my pool size was fair because its a little larger than most standards . Everything was explained to me very clearly. I accepted the quote of service. Technician arrived same day with a clean and organized truck. Absolutely knocked it out the park, on top of that they actually cleaned up too. Very impressed with Nautilus, definitely recommending to friends, family and neighbors. They get it done right. Myself and my pool are very much happy in their care

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive to the industry and provides added services others don’t include for Full Maintenance. There are no hidden charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate with clients to understand their needs. If I can be of assistance, I will meet with them and inspect their pool to measure the gallons and assess the equipment. I will then explain the services that I can offer. If the customer is satisfied, we will sign an agreement that outlines the expectations from both sides. There will be no contract, it will be a month-to-month agreement."
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a water quality management course while in the US Navy. Arizona does not require a CPO certification. However, I am attending a scheduled exam in May 2024 to be above industry standards.
