Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Here are some tips in choosing a professional in our field.
-Ensure they have adequate equipment to perform the duties you are requesting. Many in this field are part time cleaning contractors, and have small inadequate equipment.
-Ask them to see their insurance documentation, have them list you as an additional insured client.
-Have them give you examples of recent jobs they have performed, and if you could call one of those customers as a reference.
