My laptop is probably the most complicated laptop out there (an HP HDX 9300 Dragon) and therefore I was very careful when I began interviewing technicians. Mr. Adams was able to diagnose the issue and being repairs immediately. Within 24 hours he had changed out both of my CPU and Video card fans and returned my laptop to me as good as new or better. He even checked my Windows installation after completing the service. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Adams of Adams IT Solutions for any work and I will be bringing my second laptop back to him to repair as well.

My husband's DVD/CD drive stopped working. I dropped the computer off to Adam's IT solutions on a Wednesday and got it back on Saturday fixed, thank you. The only suggestions I could make to get to 5 stars is communicate. I heard nothing and got no response to phone calls until Saturday when it was done, with the exception of a late night text asking for a password. To me communication is always key to good customer service and the best service without it is lacking.
