* Relaxation massage
Using a variety of massage techniques, our relaxation massage is perfect for calming the mind and body. We incorporate Swedish style, which are long, flowing strokes, along with cranial-sacral techniques and reflexology.
Rates:
- 60 minutes: $70
- 90 minutes: $100
- 2 hours: $130
* Deep tissue/Sports massage
A more in depth style of massage, our deep tissue massage is a great option for those who may have injuries, have not had bodywork done in a while, or prefer stronger pressure. We utilize trigger point and myofascial release in order to loosen tightness throughout the body. If there is a specific injury to the body, we incorporate range of motion techniques.
Rates:
- 60 minutes: $70
- 90 minutes: $100
- 2 hour: $130
* Hydro-stone therapy
Hydro-stone therapy is the best of both worlds. It combines relaxing Swedish massage strokes and deep tissue work, while using either heated or cooled rocks. Our hydro-stone massage can solely be heated rocks, cooled rocks, or a combination of both for your massage. An intake will be conducted at the beginning of your appointment to determine which would greater benefit your needs.
Rates:
- 90 minutes: $125
- 2 hour: $155
