My son, Kyle is joining us! Kyle is preparing for his first year of college.
Kyle will be heading computer services for Bishop and Son. He likes the company name without an S on the end. ? Kyle and I are working together over the summer. He is learning appliance repair and I am learning a little about computer and software whenever we book his calls. Kyle is now offering complete hardware upgrades to pc customizing. He is an exorcist when it comes to removing viruses! He also does networking and software interface customizing for his customers. There is no service call fee or Diagnostic fee with your authorized repair. Our Diagnosis includes a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of your appliance. Then we explain the problem to you and give you our Quote for recommended repair(s) in writing. Then we inform you of the overall condition of your appliance.
We will give you honest advise if we do not feel it is in your best interest to put money into the machine. It is our policy to speak with you on these issues and provide you with this information in writing as well.

I've known Rick Bishop for years and he is one person I would trust to give honest advice and repairs and service of the highest quality. As a former employee and employer I know his ethics to be superior.

If you're looking for a good, honest team for your job, you just found them. Rick and Chris will be there when they say they will, and they will do the job right, and their cost is always reasonable. Rick has helped me many times, not only with an appliance, but when we were doing some remodeling, anytime someone either didn't show up or did a job improperly, Rick was here to save the day!
Rick has: repaired drywall, built walls, tiled a backsplash, installed appliances, screened in my patio, built a wood fence, and installed a vinyl fence (straight as an arrow I might add.) There is more but you get the idea. I've seen him do a job which I thought was just fine but if he wasn't perfectly satisfied he did it over, with no additional charges for the extra time. I happily refer them to anyone in need of help.

Those of us who stand out, are the one's who genuinely care about people, and that's not something you can fake. I have great personal pride in the ethical way I do business.
