Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

We offer more solutions and we are more affordable than most other custom home builders.

What do you like most about your job?

Being able to build our customers dreams is the most fulfilling part of my job!

What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

Q: How much will the project cost.
A: We can build anything reasonable within your budget

If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

I would make sure the contractor is licensed and insured, because many customers get mistreated by contractors that are not licensed or insured. It also puts all the liabilities of that contractors work on the customer and not the contract.

Do you have a favorite story from your work?

Every satisfied customer is part of our favorite story and doing business.

What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

We have one of the most affordable solutions for building custom homes in Arizona and some of our standard features are extremely energy efficient!!

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

Make sure they are licensed and insured before they do any work!

What important information should buyers have before seeking you out? For example, someone looking to have their room painted should know how big the room is, whether or not the ceiling requires painting, if there is trimming or crown moldings, etc.

Generally, customers should have a basic idea of what they want done, what their budget allows, and some kinda of time-frame. Understanding financial aspect of the project seems to be hard on many consumers.

How did you decide to get in your line of work?

I have always been around tools and construction supply so it was a natural fit for me.

What are your most common types of jobs?

Custom homes use to be the most common, but due to the economic down turn, we mainly do remodels, home additions, and blueprints/drafting now.

Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

The most recent job we did was finished yesterday, and the customer is extremely satisfied. It was a home remodel in Phoenix, AZ, we installed new roof, flooring, and did minor renovations to the bathroom and kitchen.

Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

We are currently seeking out opportunities to get involved in green/ energy efficiency certification.

What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

In the next year, the green technology will definitely have one of the biggest impact in our line of business. We plan on building the first custom green home in Queen Creek, Arizona towards the end of this year!!

Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

Our most recent project was a home remodel, it included new roof installation, minor kitchen and bathroom remodeling, new flooring, and minor renovations around the house. It was in Phoenix, AZ; the total cost was about $20K.

If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

We have simplified out pricing system and customers can get clarifications on our process by visiting our website: http://www.customdreamhomesaz.com/process.php

If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

To start of working for an established firm to see what the day-to-day operations are like, what challenges you might face and just getting some experience on your belt would be a fantastic start.

Write your own question and answer it.
