This man and this company are totally dishonest and will try to rip you off once he is in your door. I bought a Groupon deal for tile and grout cleaning. He took a look at my tile and said grout cleaning was an additional fee, plus more fees for using tools in tight spaces and more fees for anything else he could make up. His end quote was more than double the cost of the deal! I told him I no longer wanted his services and he proceeded to yell (yes, yell) at me demanding gas money. I asked him to leave and after several threats to call the police, he finally did. I talked to Groupon and they assured me that the terms of the deal were clear, and that I was in the right, and that they would no longer be doing business with this company. Neither should you!

I am very grateful to Sam for coming to my house at the last minute on Saturday afternoon, after a disastrous carpet and tile experience with another company. He came to help his carpet friend out (and me). He honestly described to them the sloppy, unfinished, unprofessional work they had left me with. He worked hard at making it right, and didn't even charge me for the one room that was really bad that I had re-done. He was kind, thoughtful, and took a lot of stress off of me, as I had company coming in the next day. So, I would highly recommend him, professionally and personally.

Purchased a steam cleaning for 3 rooms and one hallway for $39 through Groupon for this company. I've done my research on how carpet companies will frequently upsell when you purchase service through sites like Groupon and was prepared to decline the added services offered. Spoke with I'm assuming the owner to make an appointment and after about 10 min of him trying to convince me I should have my carpets treated he said I may want to consider getting a refund from Groupon and refused my business! Keep in mind we have our carpets cleaned a few times a year, we don't wear shoes in our home, and we have no visible stains and I told him all this. Buyer beware!

WARNING: Stay away! Guy is totally DISHONEST. Should have sent him away before he even started. Bought Weekly Plus for 3 rooms & 2 couches cleaned. This guy wanted extra $100 because he said i needed more than "steam cleaning" or whatever he made up to get more $$$. REALLY?????? He used the same tool on the couches that he just finished using on the carpets. He rushed through the job and went over the carpets very fast. The carpets were still dirty and the couches didn't even look clean.

My low score on this review is not because of the quality of the job. 1st USA carpet & tile cleaning did a great job on my carpets. The reason for my low review is that I was quoted $100.00 for my cleaning and described my area of cleaning to the exact number of stairs (there might even have been less stairs in my home), but allowed my roommate to supervise the cleaning while I was away at work. My roommate allowed 1st USA carpet cleaning to charge me $150 for the cleaning that was quoted at $100, and then allowed 1st USA to clean my sofas (Which I had Not requested cleaning for) and charged me another $130 for that. My expected carpet cleaning of 100-120 turned into a 280 bill. I was NOT happy with this price. Ultimately it was my fault for not being there myself but I feel like I was severely taken advantage of.
